Marian is part of the Microsoft IT Academy program which provides online and classroom training on all Microsoft products. To access these resources, users must do the following:

· Click the Access Codes link

After logging in, users will be provided with a list of codes. These codes provide access to different  sets of courses and only need to be entered once by each user.

· Copy needed access codes

Users can choose as many subjects as they want. They will need to copy the access code for each subject so that it can be entered in the next step.

· Click the IT Academy link

Once at the IT Academy website, users will need to paste the first access code into the “Access Code” box, read the End User License Agreement and check the box to accept it, then click the Enter button.

If users do not already have a Windows Live ID, they can click the “Sign Up Now” button, go through the wizard and create a Windows Live ID. Users will be prompted to enter their Windows Live ID after clicking the Enter button.

· Add additional access codes for more access to more courses.

· When ready to begin a course, click the link that corresponds to that course or assessment.

· For future direct access, bookmark the Microsoft IT Academy home page.
